We believe the people who understand an industry best are those who have actually earned a living in that industry. That's why members of our investment team have extensive technology backgrounds, including degrees in the sciences and solid work experience in technology industries.

Our analysts begin by taking a "top-down" approach, examining the trends that will drive growth over the next 3 to 5 years, or longer. Once the macro trends have been identified, our analysts take a "bottom-up" approach to analyzing the companies they feel will be best able to take advantage of these trends over the long-term. The sharing of ideas among our analysts is an essential part of our investment approach.
