Online account access is a fast and simple way to conduct business with your Firsthand Funds account(s). All direct shareholders are eligible for this service.¹ If this is your first time using online account access, you may want to open another browser window so you can keep these online instructions handy.

The first step in any online transaction is logging in to your account. Click here to read login instructions. If you are already familiar with this process, you may skip this section and click here for information on a particular type of transaction or click here to go directly to the sign-up page.

To begin, click on the Account Information tab on the menu bar above and select "Log in to Your Account". You'll see important information about online account access; please read this page carefully, and check the box indicated at the bottom. Then click the "Enter Transaction Area" button. You will now see the Account Login page:

New Users: If you have not used online account access before, you will need to create a password to get started. To do this, click the Register button and follow the simple account set-up steps.

Existing Users: Enter your social security number (SSN) or taxpayer identification number (TIN) and your password or personal identification number (PIN). Once you have entered your SSN or TIN and your password, click the View Account button to see your online options.

The View Account screen lets you view a list of all of your Firsthand Funds accounts—regular, Roth, IRA, etc. To the left of each account name is a Details button. Clicking this button brings up the Account Position page for that account. This is where you may select a desired transaction.
