Firsthand Capital Management has pledged a portion of its management fees for Firsthand Alternative Energy Fund to a variety of non-profit organizations supporting a variety of environmental causes, from land and habitat conservation to animal rights and renewable energy.
Shareholders of the Fund will be able to select the organization of their choice and these votes will be tallied annually, with the donation allocated accordingly among the organizations.
