| SiVest Group, Inc. has pledged a portion of its management fees for Firsthand Alternative Energy Fund to a variety of non-profit organizations supporting a variety of environmental causes, from land and habitat conservation to animal rights and renewable energy. |

| Eligible organizations include the Sierra Club, National Wildlife Federation, and World Resources Institute. Click here to read more about these organizations. |

| Shareholders of the Fund will be able to select the organization of their choice and these votes will be tallied annually, with the donation allocated accordingly among the organizations. |
