Effective May 1, 2010, Firsthand e-Commerce Fund's name has been changed to Firsthand Technology Opportunities Fund. The name change reflects the Fund's expanded strategy, which gives the Fund the flexibility to invest in emerging trends in the technology sector beyond e-commerce.
